Position Summary: As an RN, you will oversee and coordinate resident care, support and mentor our care team, and ensure high-quality, compliant care for our residents. Key Responsibilities: Administer medications safely and educate staff on best practices Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans (ISPs) Monitor residents’ conditions and respond appropriately Support, mentor, and educate Clinical Care Assistants and other staff Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and external agencies Complete documentation accurately in electronic medical records Participate in resident admissions, discharges, and care conferences Ensure compliance with DHS 83 regulations and facility policies Qualifications: Current RN license in Wisconsin Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or related healthcare settings preferred Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills Compassionate, team-oriented, and resident-focused CBRF certification (or ability to obtain) What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Health insurance contributions Paid time off and holiday pay Profit sharing Professional development and leadership growth opportunities Structured, hands-on training A supportive and collaborative team environment Monday through Friday schedule with no weekends Location: 2525 Ward Ave. Hudson, WI 54016 #J-18808-Ljbffr Turtle Entertainment GmbH
