Overview: Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston, an affiliate of Pediatrix Medical Group, is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our practice at Memorial Hermann Northeast, located in Humble, TX, a thriving suburb of Houston. Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced NNP who wants to join a fantastic group of 3 NNPs and 3 Neonatologists. 14-bed Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with an average daily census of 6 NICU/8 NBN Our team cares for neonates >28 weeks in the NICU and covers the NBN service as well. A supportive relationship between physicians and APRNs facilitates a positive and collaborative work environment. 24/7 NNP coverage with an on-call neonatologist at night. Flexible, 24 72 -hour shifts support an excellent work-life balance. Leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities. Strong, APRN-led Leadership Team. Ability to pick up shifts in Level III-IV NICUs in our practice, IF desired.
