Job Description

Total home cleaning service in Greenville, SC is the market for a Receptionist/Customer Service Representative

Hours: 8am-5pm (Monday - Friday)

Pay: $30.00

NOTE: Client does not offer benefits; however, this would be a direct hire position.

Receptionist/Customer Service Representative - This person must be able to bring business to this client/Inside or Outside Sales background would be a PLUS!

1. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WITH MINMAL SUPERVISION
2. Greet Customers
3. Good verbal and written skills
4. Filing Invoices for Rugs/Pulling Invoices
5. Input customer info into Pest Pack
6. Calling/Texting customers for Rug Pick up and deliveries as well as Appointment reminders.
7. Payments/Check, Cash, Credit and Debit cards
8. Provide accurate Info to customers (Pricing) and be informative on all the different services we provide.
9. Schedule Appointments in red books and Pest Pack
10. Schedule Pick up and Deliveries.
11. Schedule Estimates
12. Keeping the reception area clean and tidy/organization is a MUST and be able to MULTITASK.
13. Good communication skills
14. Good Phone Etiquette
15. Good mathematical skills with measurements
