Lead Custodian - Multiple Roles Available

The impact you will have As a Lead Custodian, you will coordinate and support daily custodial operations to ensure all facilities are maintained to district standards of safety, cleanliness, and care. You will guide and assist custodial staff, inspect work quality, and help maintain efficient workflows and supply use. You combine hands‑on skills with the ability to guide and support others, ensuring that cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to district standards. As a Lead Custodian, you will be responsible for (but not limited to) Coordinating and supporting daily custodial operations to ensure efficiency and consistency across all areas of the site. Performing advanced cleaning and maintenance duties, including floor care, deep cleaning, and special projects. Inspecting facilities regularly to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance. Maintaining supply inventories and assisting in ordering cleaning products, tools, and materials as needed. Assisting with event setup and coordination, ensuring spaces are prepared and restored efficiently. Reporting facility issues and safety concerns to the Head Custodian or site administrator for resolution. Modeling a customer service and teamwork mindset, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
