Required Skills

• Valid and current licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Proven experience in providing anesthesia in outpatient surgical settings
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently while following all safety protocols

Nice to Have Skills

• Prior experience in a surgery center environment
• Familiarity with local anesthesia procedures
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Ability to collaborate effectively with surgical teams

Preferred Education and Experience

• Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia or related field
• At least 2 years of recent CRNA practice in outpatient procedures
• Prior locum experience is a plus, but not required

Other Requirements

• Credentialing with facility (approximately 60-90 days process)
• Availability for scheduled shifts from August through September 2026, including potential holiday work

• Must be credentialed and up-to-date with all required certifications
