Compensation: $18.50 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Assembler workers for a manufacturing company in Milford, IA. In this role, you'll help assemble quality products, support production operations, and contribute to a safe and efficient work environment. • Assemble products and components according to production specifications
• Load materials and remove finished products from production equipment
• Operate and assist with production machinery and equipment
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Package completed products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow safety procedures and report concerns to supervisors or leads

What You Need to Bring to the Assembler Role:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and grasp for extended periods
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred but not required
