A senior expert breaking down real architecture on a lightboard, one episode at a time. Ours do that for enterprise Adobe, with our own point of view. Most of this role, call it 80%, is one thing: producing that series, end to end. The rest is making sure each episode travels, through a companion article and across social. Here’s what that looks like. What you’ll do Own the production calendar. Coordinate the architects, schedule the shoots, and keep every episode moving from idea to published. Nothing stalls on your watch. Shape the scripts. Sit with our experts and help turn deep technical knowledge into something tight and watchable. You don’t have to be the expert. You have to know what makes it land. Run the recording. Lightboard sessions, start to finish. You’re behind the camera and in charge of the room. Manage the edit. Hand off to our editors, direct the revisions, hold the quality bar, and sign off only when it’s production ready. You run the pipeline. You don’t have to cut every frame yourself. Publish and amplify. Post each episode to our Perspectives blog with a companion article, using AI to help you draft and sharpen it. Then push it across social and keep the conversation going. What you bring You’ve produced video. You’ve run shoots, managed edits, and shipped finished work, not just helped out around the edges. You can write. Clean and sharp, like a real person. You’re comfortable using AI as a tool to work faster and better, not as a crutch. You’re organized enough to run a production pipeline without anything slipping. You’re curious about the subject. You don’t need to know Adobe. You need to want to understand it well enough to make it sing. You’re in or near Boca Raton, or ready to be. The studio is here, and so are the shoots. Where you’ll work Our studio is in Boca Raton (FL), and that’s where the series gets made. This works best for someone local. Plan on a few days a week in the office and studio, with the rest remote. Shoot days are in person. The writing, editing oversight, and distribution can happen wherever you work best. Flexible, but rooted here. What you get You’ll learn this craft up close, from senior people who are among the best at what they do.
