You will gain valuable hands-on experience working with complex financial operations, reimbursable service agreements, reconciliations, and statewide accounting systems while collaborating with an experienced and supportive team. Throughout your progression, you will receive training, mentorship, and increasing responsibility to help you develop the knowledge and confidence needed to independently resolve accounting issues and manage more complex financial work. This flex opportunity is designed to support your growth from an Accounting Technician 2 into an Accounting Technician 3 upon successful completion of the Level 2 series. We are centrally located in beautiful downtown Juneau, close to shopping, dining, hiking trails, and the waterfront. This position is located on the 3rd floor of the Alaska Office Building.
