Designs how VIRA capabilities are consolidated into Casey, defines the ImageRight REST API integration approach, the scalable ingestion pipeline, the RAG architecture, and the feedback/logging/audit frameworks. Acts as the senior technical authority bridging NTT DATA engineering and TMNAS technology teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine the target-state solution architecture within the TMNAS Azure AI Foundry environment, leveraging Azure-native services (Azure OpenAI, AI Search, storage, monitoring).Architect the consolidation of VIRA capabilities into the Casey platform, identifying reuse, gaps and migration approach.Design the ImageRight integration pattern (REST API consumption) for real-time doc access and querying.Define the custom RAG architecture, ingestion/indexing strategy, and batch/delta query processing (by policy number, claim number and other identifiers).Establish the feedback-loop, logging and audit architecture aligned to TMNAS compliance standards.Guide and review the engineering pod; set technical standards, conduct design reviews, and manage non-functional requirements (security, scalability, performance).Partner with TMNAS enterprise architects and security teams to ensure production readiness and a roadmap for enterprise rollout.Mandatory Skills8+ years designing and delivering enterprise cloud solutions; proven solution-architecture leadership on AI/ML platforms.Azure skills are the key requirement: hands-on Microsoft Azure AI Foundry experience, plus Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search and core app, data and monitoring services.Strong cloud platform and networking design across Azure-native services.Custom RAG architecture experience (chunking, embeddings, vector retrieval, grounding, evaluation).Cloud platform architecture (Cloud Foundry / containerized, microservices, API-led integration).Insurance domain experience and the ability to translate business workflows into technical design.Preferred / Additional SkillsWorking knowledge of ImageRight (Vertafore) and document-intelligence pipelines.Security and compliance posture for regulated/insurance data; SSO/SAML integration.Experience evolving an MVP/POC into a production-grade, multi-tenant enterprise platform.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
