Compliance-Focused RTW & Accommodation Specialist

The Simplot Company in Boise, Idaho, is seeking an HR Administrative professional to support the employee Return-To-Work (RTW) process, the Job Accommodation process, and the centralized coordination of intermittent leave. You will work closely with Employees, Supervisors, our LOA Administrator, HR Partners, and Payroll to ensure smooth transitions when employees return from LOA.
