The Role As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll step into one of the most impactful roles in human services. Think of yourself as a life coach for the individuals you support — helping them build confidence, develop new skills, and navigate the world on their own terms. No two days are the same, and that's what makes this work extraordinary. Direct Support Professional (DSP) certification required — we will help you obtain this! CPR/First Aid certification required — we will help you obtain this!
