Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Do you enjoy working with the public? If you answered yes to these questions, working for a State Farm independent contractor agent may be the career for you! State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products.

Responsibilities include developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. As an Agent Team Member, you will receive a Simple IRA, hourly pay plus commission/bonus, paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days), and growth potential/opportunity for advancement within your agency.

Requirements include sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred, self-motivation, proactive problem solving, ability to multi-task, property and casualty license (must be able to obtain), and life and health license (must be able to obtain).

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. Our office is located in Hwy 281 N. and Brook Hollow. Our office is open 9:30am to 6:30pm. We currently have four team members at our agency.
