Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Lead and coordinate plant operations in a quarry environment, ensuring safe and efficient production of aggregates materials to meet targets* Monitor and optimize performance of crushing, screening, and conveying equipment; partner with maintenance to address breakdowns and minimize downtime* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on throughput, material quality, and cost efficiency across plant operations* Maintain accurate production, inventory, and shift reports; ensure compliance with MSHA regulations and company standards* Promote a strong safety culture by reinforcing safe work practices, conducting inspections, and leading by example* Provide direction and support to plant personnel, fostering teamwork, accountability, and operational discipline**What Are We Looking For*** Experience in aggregates, mining, or heavy industrial manufacturing environments preferred* Working knowledge of crushing, screening, conveying systems, and mobile or stationary plant equipment* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead crews in a high-production quarry environment* Ability to interpret production data, identify trends, and make real-time operational decisions* Solid understanding of safety standards and regulations (MSHA experience preferred)* Hands-on problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, outdoor operation* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with maintenance, quality, and operations teams**Work Environment**This position operates in an outdoor quarry and plant environment with exposure to moving equipment, varying weather conditions, dust, and elevated noise levels.
