• Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties
• Build relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and referral partners
• Coordinate leasing, inspections, renewals, and maintenance

• Grow your portfolio through relationship-building and referrals

Requirements

Preferred qualifications:

• Active Colorado Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one within 90 days)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
