Role Description The Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is a full-time, on-site role based in Melbourne, FL. The DPT will provide direct patient care, including evaluation, diagnosis, and development of individualized treatment plans for a variety of musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and functional conditions. Daily responsibilities include performing manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, guiding rehabilitation programs, documenting care in the medical record, and communicating progress with patients and other members of the care team. The DPT will collaborate with primary care and other providers to ensure integrated, evidence-based treatment and continuity of care. Additional duties include patient education on injury prevention and wellness, participation in case discussions, and contribution to quality improvement and best-practice initiatives within the clinic. Qualifications Strong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, with the ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs. Demonstrated expertise in Patient Care and Medicine, including comprehensive evaluations, clinical decision-making, and evidence-based practice. Proficiency in Orthopedics, with experience managing musculoskeletal and functional movement disorders. Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program and current (or eligible) Florida PT licensure. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a holistic, team-based environment. Strong documentation, time management, and organizational abilities to manage a full patient caseload. Experience in an outpatient or primary care setting is preferred; interest in holistic and preventive care is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
