Surety Bond Account Manager

Location: San Mateo (in-office)

Salary : $110,000 - $120,000

An independent insurance brokerage in San Mateo is looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Surety Bond Account Manager to support a strong book of construction clients.

What You’ll Do:

Manage all aspects of surety bond servicing for commercial construction accounts
Review and analyze contractor financial statements and bonding capacity
Prepare submissions and coordinate with surety markets
Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact
Use Applied Epic to manage documentation, workflow, and renewals

What You Bring:

5+ years of experience in surety bond account management (construction focus strongly preferred)
Solid understanding of contractor financials and surety underwriting
Proficiency in Applied Epic
Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational skills
Active P&C license preferred
