- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided
- Support and mentor nursing staff to foster a positive, resident-centered environment
- Ensure resident comfort, dignity, safety, and emotional well-being
- Follow facility standards, policies, and nursing best practices
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management in a resident-centered care environment
- Current Illinois LPN license required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Passionate about providing personalized, compassionate care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and professional with reliable attendance
