We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural Welder to join our dynamic fabrication and construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for welding and assembling structural components with precision and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of large-scale projects, ensuring that all welded structures meet strict quality and engineering specifications. Responsibilities

• Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine welding requirements and procedures.
• Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding techniques on various structural steel components.
• Prepare materials using hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters.
• Use precision measuring tools to ensure accurate cuts, welds, and assemblies according to specifications.
• Set up and operate cranes, forklifts, rigging equipment, and other machinery necessary for lifting and positioning heavy structural elements safely.
• Follow AWS codes & standards for welding procedures and quality assurance during fabrication and assembly processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols, conducting routine inspections, and properly handling hazardous materials.

Skills

• Extensive construction site experience with a strong understanding of safety practices in industrial environments.
• Proficiency in MIG, plasma cutting, and welding techniques.
• Ability to read complex blueprints, schematics, mechanical drawings, and schematics with confidence.
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and other precision measurement devices.
• Mechanical knowledge
• Experience with rigging operations involving cranes or forklifts for lifting heavy components safely.
