Hiring Welders for multiple locations in Fort Wayne and Columbia City, IN. We are looking for dependable individuals with simple welding experience who are ready to join a team-oriented work environment.

Welder Details:
- Direct hire position
- $25.00 to $30.00 / annually
- Full time work available
- Various shifts available
- 1st Shift Monday–Thursday: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM Overtime available on Fridays
- 2nd Shift Monday–Thursday: 3:30 PM – 4:00 AM Overtime available on Fridays
- Previous welding experience (school training or on-the-job experience)
- Stable work history with strong attendance and reliability needed.
- Ability to work well with a team and contribute to a positive work environment wanted.
- Own welding hood and steel-toe boots required.
Welder Qualifications:
- Welding test performed.
- Some experience required.
- Good attendance expected.
