We are seeking an exceptional Medical Assistant to join our growing Med Spa team. This is not a typical medical assistant position.

Our practice specializes in facial plastic surgery, hair restoration, and advanced aesthetic medicine. We are known for delivering outstanding patient outcomes and exceptional patient experience from the first consultation through the final result.

What You'll Do

As a Medical Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless patient experience and supporting our providers throughout the day.

Responsibilities include:

• Rooming patients and preparing them for evaluation and treatment
• Obtaining medical histories and documenting patient information
• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining clinical supplies
• Assisting providers during examinations, filler, neurotoxin, PRP, and laser procedures
• Taking and organizing clinical photography
• Providing pre-treatment and post-treatment patient education
• Maintaining accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (Nextech preferred)
• Supporting patient flow and ensuring an exceptional patient experience
• Collaborating closely with providers and fellow team members
• Collaborate with Marketing and Social Media Director to obtain patient reviews, testimonials and video content.

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification preferred
• Previous experience in a medical office, surgical practice, dermatology, plastic surgery, ENT, dermatology, or aesthetics preferred
• Phlebotomy experience highly preferred
• EMR experience (Nextech preferred)
• Strong computer and documentation skills
• Experience with patient photography is a plus
• Surgical or procedural assisting experience is a plus
