Education Coordinator
Groundworks New Mexico
Responsibilities Coach and mentor teachers through observations and feedback. Support curriculum and lesson planning. Monitor classroom quality and licensing compliance. Assist with Teaching Strategies GOLD, CLASS, and assessments. Coordinate staff training and professional development. Support NAEYC accreditation, grants, and continuous quality improvement. Build partnerships with families and staff. Other Information / Requirements Required Bachelor's Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a closely related field Experience supervising or coaching educators Knowledge of New Mexico early childhood regulations and best practices Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Preferred New Mexico Birth–PreK License Bilingual (English/Spanish) Experience with NAEYC Accreditation, CLASS, and Teaching Strategies GOLD #J-18808-Ljbffr
