You won't be stuck behind a desk all day—this role is about movement, networking, and making things happen.What You'll Do:Hunt & Gather: Research and qualify leads to find the next big partnership for our janitorial and specialty service lines.Start the Conversation: Drive the sales pipeline through outbound cold calling and securing that all-important first in-person meeting.Be the Expert: Deliver digital and in-person presentations that show potential clients exactly how we can make their lives easier.Grow with Us: Support the AVP in closing contracts and identifying upsell opportunities within our existing, valued client base.Be Present: Represent The Budd Group at trade shows, networking events, and community gatherings.What You Bring to the Table:The Sales Spark: You have some experience in route sales, call centers, or inside sales and you're hungry for more.Communication Skills: You're comfortable speaking in public and can write a follow-up email that actually gets a response.Tech-Savvy: You're a pro with Google/Microsoft Office, and if you've used a CRM (like Salesforce or ZoomInfo), even better!Resilience: "No" is just a detour to you.
