Relationship Banker - South Shore Market

The Bank of America seeks an in‑office Banking Relationship Associate to engage clients in the lobby, educate them on self‑service banking options, and perform cash transactions efficiently. The role centers on delivering a superior client experience, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions via mobile, online, or ATM self‑service resources. Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed. Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence. Build and manage relationships with clients to meet their financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities, acting in the best interest of clients and the bank. Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively. Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities. Have deep conversations with clients to gain in‑depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities and connect them to appropriate solutions. Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to address client needs. Adherence to established processes and guidelines, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Efficient time and capacity management focused on results. Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours and travel to any financial center within a reasonable distance. Desired Qualifications Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions. One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor's Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, administration, finance).
