Family Nurse Practitioner/APRN

License: FNP/APRN in Colorado

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience

Active NPI and DEA licenses

• Provide comprehensive primary patient care across the lifespan including evaluation, diagnosis and treatment planning

• Manage both acute and chronic conditions using evidence based and Integrative approaches

• Interpret advanced lab, testing, and diagnostics

• Perform in office procedures and the therapeutics (training available depending on experience)

• Collaborate with medical team to develop innovative treatment strategies

• Contributes to practice growth, systems, development, and clinical excellence
