Partner with senior leaders to align transformation priorities with business objectives, digital innovation initiatives, and financial goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the enterprise.Drive Enterprise Value CreationOwn a global portfolio of process improvement and transformation initiatives, ensuring measurable business impact through productivity improvements, cost savings, quality enhancements, and operational efficiency gains. Oversee opportunity assessment, business case development, benefits realization, and performance tracking.Lead Business TransformationChampion end-to-end process transformation across strategic business and digital programs. Guide teams through process assessment, future-state design, standardization, optimization, and implementation to deliver scalable, sustainable change.Advance Automation and Digital EnablementLead the enterprise automation capability and collaborate with business, digital, data, and technology teams to identify and scale automation solutions that simplify work, improve customer and employee experiences, and accelerate business performance.Own Enterprise Portfolio & Work Management ExcellenceProvide leadership for the enterprise work management and project portfolio management platform (currently Workfront), ensuring effective demand management, prioritization, resource planning, portfolio governance, and executive visibility into strategic initiatives and investments.Deliver Complex Transformation ProgramsBuild and lead enterprise-wide transformation programs from strategy through execution. Establish governance, align stakeholders, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure successful adoption and transition into ongoing operations.Enable Data-Driven Performance ManagementDevelop and oversee enterprise dashboards, KPIs, portfolio health metrics, adoption measures, and benefits realization tracking. Deliver meaningful insights that support executive decision-making and continuous performance improvement.Build and Inspire High-Performing TeamsLead, coach, and develop a globally distributed team across Process Excellence, Automation, and Enterprise Work Management functions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping how the organization works, innovates, and grows globally.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Engineering, Life Sciences, Technology, or a related field. 10 or more years’ of progressive experience in process excellence, operational excellence, transformation, automation, enterprise work management, business operations, consulting, or program leadership. 7 or more years’ experience leading cross-functional initiatives, transformation programs, platform-enabled operating model changes, or globally distributed teams in a matrixed environment. Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree or MBA.
