Primary Care Lpn - Licensed Practical Nurse

MLR is collaborating with a well-established healthcare system in South Carolina to hire a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, permanent role in a primary care setting. A $7,500 relocation assistance package is available!

Position Overview:

Full-time, permanent position within a trusted healthcare system.
Deliver comprehensive nursing care in a primary care setting, working alongside physicians and other healthcare providers.
Administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR).
Assist in routine exams, patient assessments, and minor medical procedures.
Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness practices.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
Active South Carolina LPN license.
Experience in a primary care or outpatient setting preferred, but not required.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
