Licenses and Certifications May be required to possess or have the ability to obtain a valid driver license. The Ideal Candidate Will Have A strong Facility Worker candidate possesses several key qualities, including a strong work ethic, attention to detail, a commitment to a sanitary living and working environment, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Knowledge of: Perform custodial duties to provide a clean and sanitary facility Clean and sanitize restrooms Conduct basic building maintenance Skill: Scrub, mop, wax, and polish floors using dry and wet mops, wax applicators, and buffers Vacuum and shampoo carpet Dust and wash walls, woodwork, ceilings, and windows Collect and remove refuse from offices and buildings Move, lift, carry, and arrange furniture, equipment, and other objects Remove ice, snow, and debris from sidewalks, streets, and grounds to make area accessible for safe operations Ability to: Follow direction Read and write Stand for extended periods of time Lift up to 50 lb.
