The Opportunity: We are looking for a forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting function during an exciting period of rapid growth. In this highly visible leadership role, you will lead and develop a team of recruiters while serving as a trusted advisor to business leaders across the organization. You'll oversee recruiting operations, workforce planning, recruiting analytics, employer branding, and continuous process improvement while personally recruiting for leadership, engineering, and other difficult-to-fill positions. What You'll Do: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team. Establish recruiting priorities that align with our aggressive growth objectives. Personally recruit leadership, engineering, and other critical positions. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and improve hiring decisions. Build proactive talent pipelines for future workforce needs. Recruiting Operations & Analytics Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting analytics to monitor hiring performance and identify improvement opportunities. Develop recruiting dashboards and executive-level metrics that support data-driven decisions. Improve recruiting processes, standard operating procedures, and hiring manager resources. Ensure recruiting activities remain compliant with employment laws and company policies. Cross-Functional Partnership Partner closely with business leaders to support workforce planning and organizational growth. Collaborate with Human Resources to deliver a seamless candidate and onboarding experience. Manage relationships with staffing agencies, universities, and external recruiting partners. Support employer branding initiatives that position the company as an employer of choice. Team Development Mentor recruiters through coaching, performance feedback, and professional development. Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Create scalable recruiting processes that support long-term organizational growth. Build a high-performing Talent Acquisition function capable of supporting continued expansion. What You Bring: 7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience with at least 3 years leading recruiting teams. Experience recruiting within manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or technical environments. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of recruiting strategy, workforce planning, employment law, and selection best practices. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting analytics. Proven success leading high-volume recruiting while maintaining exceptional quality of hire. Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
