Dental and Vision Insurance Company provided Life and Disability Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match Employee Assistance Program Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays Competitive Pay: Based on experience What You’ll Do Install HVAC systems according to project specifications and industry standards Install and connect HVAC equipment, including ductwork, piping, and electrical components Test, calibrate, and adjust systems to ensure proper operation and efficiency Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation manuals Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety protocols and regulations Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and customers to ensure high-quality service Travel to job sites as required What We’re Looking For Minimum 5+ years of HVAC installation experience Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and installation best practices Ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues Proficient with hand tools and power tools required for HVAC installation Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and materials safely Reliable, professional, and committed to exceptional customer service Requirements Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings, including background check, MVR check, and drug screening Must maintain eligibility to operate company vehicles Adherence to company safety and performance standards Heart of Ohio Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
