Job Description:

• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls and email inquiries related to Human Resources and payroll matters, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional resolution of employee and customer concerns.
• This role requires the ability to effectively utilize service center knowledge articles and established procedures when addressing a wide range of inquiries.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by assessing customer needs, gathering and clarifying information, conducting thorough research, and delivering appropriate solutions.
• Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions within the case management system to ensure compliance, consistency, and a seamless customer experience.
• Candidates should possess exceptional customer service skills, along with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Previous experience in a call center, HR service center, payroll environment, or customer support role is highly preferred.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is essential for success in this position.
• Possibility for position to be extended longer than 6 months. Position will be primarily virtual but requires scheduled in office days in Schaumburg, IL twice monthly.
