Russell Sage College Women's Volleyball is seeking a passionate, energetic assistant coach to help continue building a competitive NCAA Division III program centered on growth, accountability, and a team-first culture. We are looking for someone who values developing people just as much as developing athletes.Responsibilities include assisting with practices and match preparation, individual skill development, recruiting, game-day operations, film breakdown, travel, and other duties that support the success of the program.The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, eager to learn, organized, and committed to creating an environment where student-athletes are challenged, supported, and empowered to reach their potential.
