Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct segments of outpatient physical therapy treatment programs to restore and improve physical function, mobility, and participation.
- Assess patient status, develop and implement treatment plans, and adjust interventions based on progress and goals.
- Document patient evaluations, treatments, outcomes, and progress in accordance with department guidelines.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation professionals as part of an interdisciplinary care team.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and self-management strategies.

Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree required.
- Active physical therapy license in California.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy; travel or hospital-based outpatient setting preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a hospital-based outpatient setting and contribute to a multidisciplinary team.
- Knowledge of evidence-based PT techniques and thorough documentation practices.
