Employee Benefits Insurance Producer - Hybrid Summary: Established Insurance agency seeking a detailed-oriented person who demonstrates clear knowledge and understanding of Employee Benefits/Group Health insurance coverages. Job Description: Full knowledge of insurance products and usages Ability to advise and consult with clients Manage workflow of assigned book of business and delegate workflow Maintain accounts in accordance with organizational guidelines Service and monitor account activity. Call existing insured to compliment or “round out” supplemental accounts. Work strategically with sales staff to optimize relationships and protect client’s business. Perform special projects as directed by the VP, Employee Benefits. Review policies and coverage for accuracy and rating calculations. Process endorsements, placement requests and invoicing. Complete and prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries and reviews. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with our partners, carriers, and vendors. Responsible for marketing process & quoting new and renewal business Requirements: 2+ years of experience handling Employee Benefits Insurance Accounts Ability to meet/w clients and discuss insurance mitigation strategies Must hold an active state P&C License. Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High School Diploma: Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required. #LI-JN4 #J-18808-Ljbffr
