Creative Environments creates luxury outdoor living spaces, and great projects start with organized materials and well-maintained facilities. We’re looking for a hands-on Inventory & Facility Specialist to keep our inventory accurate, our properties looking sharp, and our teams equipped for success.

What You’ll Do

Keep inventory under control

• Organize and track bulk materials, including metal structures, electrical supplies, plumbing materials, and lumber.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and work with Accounting to verify material records and allocations.
• Provide Purchasing with weekly Excel reports showing available materials.
• Document returned materials promptly, including quantities and photos, following our material return process.
• Stage materials by job name, specifications, and quantity, and coordinate with Construction Managers, Purchasing, and leadership.
• Work with Purchasing and suppliers to understand buying schedules, rebates, and purchasing thresholds.

Keep our facilities looking their best

• Coordinate upkeep at our Main, South, and Beck facilities.
• Inspect properties regularly, arrange needed repairs, and address cleanliness, safety, and security concerns.
• Keep the design studio’s parking lot, walkways, entrance, and water features clean and welcoming.
• Provide weekly photos documenting yard cleanliness and organization.
• Help ensure facility activities follow company policies and applicable requirements.

Help keep projects moving

• Deliver materials to job sites as business needs require.
• Communicate clearly so teams know what’s available, what’s staged, and what’s ready to go.
• Take initiative when something needs attention—you notice it, communicate it, and help get it handled.

What You Bring

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in inventory, warranty, or logistics.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Comfort using Excel to maintain accurate inventory records.
• A practical approach to solving problems and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
