A growing urgent care organization in North Carolina is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a full-time permanent position across two locations — Whiteville and Williamston — with a 3-day workweek, no call responsibilities, and a self-scheduling system that publishes shifts in advance. This is a procedurally rich, independent practice role in a fully equipped outpatient urgent care setting with on-site diagnostics, structured onboarding, and established clinical protocols that support providers from day one. The compensation package is one of the strongest in North Carolina urgent care — $55–$70/hour base, productivity incentives above base, potential sign-on and relocation assistance, student loan repayment, HSA with employer contribution, CME allowance, and malpractice fully covered.
