Title Clerk
The Title Clerk at Delautogroup in Paoli, Pennsylvania is responsible for managing and processing the paperwork and documentation related to vehicle titles.

Title Clerk Compensation and Benefits:
- Medical (including Prescription Plan)
- Dental & Vision
- Group Life & AD&D Insurance
- 401(k) starts January or July following a year of employment
- 1 Week after one year of employment.
- 2 Weeks after three years of employment.
- 4 Personal days, accrue 1 every 3 months of employment.
Responsibilities:
- Process and handle all necessary paperwork for vehicle title transfers.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of vehicle titles and related documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure timely and accurate title processing.
- Research and resolve any title-related issues or discrepancies.
- Assist customers and provide excellent customer service regarding title inquiries and processes.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a Title Clerk or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle title processes and documentation.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using relevant software and computer systems.
- Dealership experience required!
