Project Manager – Lead Commercial, Industrial, and Federal Construction Projects

Job Overview:

• Company: Inland Construction and Engineering Inc.

The Opportunity : You will take full ownership of high-impact construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout across the commercial, industrial, and federal sectors. This role offers the autonomy to lead diverse operations while rewarding high-level accountability and forward-thinking leadership.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Direct all project phases from initial planning through final closeout to ensure seamless delivery.

• Synchronize shop operations with active field projects to maintain consistent workflow and productivity.

• Execute comprehensive project schedules across multiple job sites to meet critical deadlines.

• Enforce strict compliance with federal construction requirements and rigorous quality standards.

• Facilitate collaboration between subcontractors, internal teams, and clients to drive project progress.

• Optimize resource allocation and budget monitoring to ensure projects remain financially viable.

• Mitigate project risks and resolve logistical delays through proactive problem-solving and decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in construction project management.

• Extensive background and proven success in managing federal construction projects.

• Demonstrated ability to lead projects from inception to completion with total accountability.

• Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating both shop operations and field teams.

• Mastery of organizational and communication strategies required for multi-sector project oversight.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Advanced knowledge of industrial-scale construction logistics and safety regulations.

• Experience navigating complex regulatory environments specific to the New Orleans region.

• Proven track record of implementing innovative processes to improve project delivery timelines.
