SKIN is seeking a Social Media Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategy that elevates our brand presence, engages our audience, and drives brand awareness, consideration, and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of skincare and beauty, stay at the forefront of social trends and innovation, and be able to develop channel-by-channel goals with effective measurement. Flexibility, resilience, and a can-do attitude are essential. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy for each relevant platform Define key social media KPIs across all channels to achieve top performance Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices Ideate and create daily skincare-focused social posts with strong copywriting for captions Manage day-to-day posting across all social media accounts Collaborate with Brand, Ecommerce, Digital, Sales, Creative and Innovation teams to maximize brand priorities Lead the creation of effective social briefs Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly social media reports Assist with content creation including video editing and photo cropping Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field 4+ years in Social Media Marketing or equivalent experience Based in the Los Angeles area Skincare and/or beauty industry background preferred Deep understanding of social media platforms and current industry trends Attention to detail; commitment to accuracy in all work Excellent written communication and copywriting skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively Strong sense of what resonates with audiences and algorithms Self-starter with a hands-on approach The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual performance bonus, and equity. Eligible for up to 200% of target bonus under the annual bonus program when company goals are met. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings, gender-neutral parental leave, and unlimited paid time off. The final total compensation offer will reflect location, experience, skills, and qualifications. Compensation components are subject to change at the company’s discretion.
