Civil and Commercial Litigation | National Practice | $130K to $180K+

A nationally recognized, full service law firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its Somerset, New Jersey office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated associate looking to handle sophisticated matters, work with high level clients, and grow within a collaborative, business minded environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil or commercial litigation experience
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Experience in mortgage, financial services, or bankruptcy litigation is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast paced environment
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar or ability to waive in

The Opportunity

This role offers hands on experience in complex litigation, with the ability to take on meaningful responsibility early. Associates work closely with experienced trial lawyers and gain exposure to all phases of litigation, including strategy, client interaction, and courtroom advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support all phases of civil litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Participate in discovery, depositions, and hearings
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on case strategy

• Base salary: $130,000 to $180,000+ commensurate with experience
