Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client’s medical facility, based in Vadnais Heights MN 55110 This is a 13+ weeks role with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! 0Schedul e: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm CST (40hrs/week )Pay Range : $25/h r(Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume s:Perform venipuncture and capillary blood sampling with precision and car e.Ensure proper identification of patients prior to blood collectio n.Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to laboratory procedures and safety protocol s.Accurately label and document specimens for testing in accordance with medical terminology standard s.Label, process, and transport blood specimens accurately and efficiently in compliance with CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA standard s. Educati on:A high school diploma or equivalent is requir ed.Medical training (such as medical assistant or paramedic programs) is preferr ed. Experie nce:Minimum of three (3) years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary dr aws.At least two (2) years of experience in a Patient Service Center or clinical setting is prefer red.
