Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, utilizing culturally sensitive frameworks to understand each patient’s unique background and needs.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patients, taking into account their cultural contexts and personal histories.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on addressing mental health challenges, promoting resilience, coping strategies, and overall well-being.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care and seamless patient experiences.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies to stabilize and support patients in distress.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential.
