Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals with complex mental health needs, including those with substance use disorders, chronic pain issues, and autoimmune conditions. These patients require a multifaceted approach to care, and your role will be crucial in helping them navigate their mental health journeys while considering their physical health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure in New York State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychoanalyst, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Psychologist.

• Proven ability to work effectively with patients experiencing co-occurring medical and mental health conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering trust and rapport with patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
