Director of Talent
The Director of Talent is responsible for overseeing the recruitment and retention of about 100 employees at Chick-fil-A Green Bay. The position reports to the Owner/Operator. This position requires working in the restaurant/operations to meet the needs of our guests first and as needed.
When not working in the restaurant/operations, the mission of the Director of Talent is to fill the organization with outstanding talent at every level. The overall standard is to have over 75% high performers in all jobs. The Director of Talent will have the responsibility for creating (in collaboration with other leaders) and implementing best practices in talent acquisition, training programs, talent development & succession planning, culture & talent operations, and administration. This role will have the responsibility for creating and implementing a highly effective talent management process that holds all personnel accountable for achieving critical measures of success.
The Director of Talent will be held accountable for specific measures in the following critical areas:
- Recruit, interview, and facilitate onboarding of all new team members
- Create a High Performing Talent Stewardship team
- Develop and oversee the training program run by the training coordinator
- Increase retention rate
- Quality of external hires
- Quality of promotions
- Creating internal referrals
- Succession/transition planning
- Support in the operations of the restaurant first then perform director duties.
- Must be available to work opening and closing shifts
- Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays
- Part of being a director includes being on the line for the lunch or dinner rushes depending on when you're scheduled.

Requirements:
- B.A./B.S. in related field preferred
- 2+ Years Experience Managing Teams
- Understanding of Wisconsin Employment & Labor Law
- Resume is required
- Must pass background check
- Preferred Food Safe Certified
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and insurance
Other Duties:
- Able to lift 40 – 60 pounds on a consistent basis.
- Able to work opening, closing and weekend shifts.

Compensation Breakdown:
- Base Salary of between $40,000-$45,000/year
- Performance based incentive opportunities (~$10,000 - $20,000/year +/-)
- Full ancillary benefits package through Anthem (~$10,000/year +/-)
- 401K retirement plan with company match up to 4% (~$1,600 - $2,000/year +/-)
- Two weeks of paid vacation (~$1,500 - $1,900/year +/-)

- Total value of ~$68,300 – $85,600/year +/-
This compensation breakdown is an average based on previous results. All performance-based incentives are dependent on performance.
