THE ROLE

As a Barista, you're the face of the store. You create a memorable experience through fast, friendly service and consistent, quality drinks, and you do it in a way that reflects our brand and our standards every single shift.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Make the connection

• Greet and genuinely connect with every customer
• Welcome questions and look for ways to share what we make
• Suggest gift cards, add-ons and merchandise in a natural, helpful way

Serve the drinks

• Take the order, ring the sale and process payment quickly and warmly
• Make every drink to recipe and to our aesthetic standard
• Deliver drinks within our speed-of-service guidelines and name each drink on delivery

Keep it running

• Manage your cash drawer following established cash handling procedures
• Operate and keep all store equipment clean
• Restock workstations, food, supplies and merchandise to keep workflow smooth
• Keep coworker and customer areas clean
• Show genuine appreciation to every customer, every time
