Pay Rate: $19.00 per hourResponsibilities: Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to general questions Assist applicants with paperwork in-office or at an outreach siteReview completed forms to verify all necessary information has been entered
Follow up with applicants, contact vendors, and respond to correspondence Qualifications: Ability and willingness to maintain a high degree of confidentiality Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients Strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
