Our team includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, massage therapists, trainers, dieticians, counselors, and wellness professionals who collaborate to deliver whole-person care.

What You'll Do

• Deliver hands-on, high-quality care to help patients recover strength, mobility, and confidence.
• Partner closely with supervising Physical Therapists and a multidisciplinary team to execute individualized treatment plans.
• Educate and motivate patients through every phase of their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary wellness team to integrate exercise, recovery, and preventative care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in our efficient, modern EMR system (WebPT).

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (NC license or eligible)
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and lifelong learning
