As the face of Mission Fed out in the community, you will:

• Be a Brand Ambassador Represent Mission Fed with pride at community events, local initiatives, and industry engagementsbringing our purpose to life.
• Drive Membership Growth Identify, develop, and nurture partnerships to expand our membership base and deepen existing relationships.
• Collaborate for Impact Partner with branch teams and internal stakeholders to execute strategies that support sustainable growth and exceptional member experiences.
• Own Your Pipeline Proactively build and manage a robust pipelinetracking progress, achieving targets, and continuously exploring new opportunities.
• Think Creatively Test innovative strategies, explore new markets, and bring fresh ideas that strengthen our presence and relevance in the communities we serve.
• Enhance the Member Experience Share insights and recommendations that elevate our products, services, and overall member journey.

If you're a great fit you're someone who:

• Has 3+ years of business development or relationship management experience (financial industry preferred)
• Knows how to build trust and grow relationshipsboth new and existing
• Communicates with clarity and confidence across diverse audiences
• Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Is both strategic and hands-on, balancing big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution
• Has a valid driver's license and enjoys being out in the community

Pay/Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year (Base) + Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus + Quarterly Commissions

Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
