• This role involves providing patient-centered care in an outpatient behavioral health setting in Manhattan, NY.
• The full-time position requires working Monday through Friday, focusing on medication administration, health assessments, and care coordination.

Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use settings strongly preferred
• Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience
• Proficiency in administering IM injections and performing phlebotomy
• Strong communication and crisis management skills
• Experience in health education and wellness facilitation
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of nursing experience
• Experience with IM injections, phlebotomy, and wound care a plus
• Strong communication and crisis management skills
