Continuous Improvement Lead (SIS)

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead to drive operational excellence across our organization. This role is responsible for building a culture of problem‑solving, leading cross‑functional improvement initiatives, and ensuring sustainable performance gains in safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong facilitation skills, deep knowledge of Lean methodologies, and a passion for developing people.This position also requires strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, as well as solid working knowledge of PFS, FIS, Palantir, and the SIS domains used across our operational systems.
