We are seeking individuals who are dependable, caring, and ready to assist seniors with daily living needs while promoting independence and safety at home.
What This Role Offers
- Hourly pay starting at $14$17 based on experience and care level
- Flexible scheduling including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekend shifts
- Full-time and part-time case options available
- Work assignments placed close to Farmington and surrounding areas
- Referral bonus opportunities for bringing in new caregivers

Daily Responsibilities May Include
- Assisting with personal care such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Supporting meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping clients with memory-related conditions (training provided if needed)
- Assisting with safe mobility and transfers
- Supporting errands or appointment transportation when required
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong communication skills and dependability
- Ability to pass a background screening
- TB test required prior to starting (can be completed during onboarding)
Service Area Farmington, MI and surrounding communities including Farmington Hills, Livonia, Southfield, Novi, West Bloomfield, and nearby areas
